I live in Portland and was originally planning to vote Biden - but I am now very uncertain.

Our local government isn’t doing anything meaningful while the city is getting worse and worse (a combination of both the riots and exponentially-growing homelessness, which are likely somewhat related). I know this local situation don’t directly relate to the presidency, but it at least puts more public pressure on our city to do something. As unprofessional as Trump’s Twitter is, at least he is calling out Portland’s local government to some extent.

I don’t speak for everyone, but those in my circle that I’ve talked to in Portland (from both parties) are frustrated with our city government’s inaction.
