Yea, they should buff it to either 40-50% against dragons or nerf Blowpipe. Purely from the stand point of difficulty of obtaining, BP is much easier to get than DH C bow. It’s cheaper if you’re not an Ironman and even if you are, zulrah is easier to accomplish than raids.

DH C bow should be the twisted bow of cross bows against Dragons only, it’s supposed to be good against 1 type of monster, yet it isn’t even BiS when fighting that monster, that’s ridiculous imo. What’s the point of creating niche items if they aren’t even useful for their niche?
