Poll: Should DICE implement in-game public voice chat?

My friends and I has a conversation about this last week.

We thought about how Planetside 2 handled Voice chat and had a few changes. Squad leaders & Commander (if applicable) should have a private chat which they can talk with each other to plan, adapt and relay important information. Then the squad leader can relay information to the squads via squad chat and squad orders. These would be 2 separate chat bins which i understand would be client heavy but just an idea. Of course you can still have server wide Teamspeak or discord which we all know gets messy. I think it is an important part of Battlefield to have squads working together and taking objectives. Communication is a key part of this idea and i don't think the chat box does the trick.

All in all i believe Squad leader should have a way to communicate to other squad leaders/squads. I also think they should implement a voting system to remove a Leader if they are being ineffective. Same idea with a Squad kick vote. Kick the useless dead weight from the squad instead of trying to have a random squad leader do it for you. I believe this was done in BF2142 if i recall correctly.
