Pollard is a hero to Israel, not to America, and it is Pollard who is released. Manning, Snowden, and Assange are heroes to America, and they continue to be confined.

So in fact a real case can be made for a crime of TREASON (aiding an enemy of the US) for Manning, while no such case can be made for Pollard.

First off, you're an absolute crackhead if you think wikileaks released anything of real importance in terms of America's national security.

As for pollard, you must not be aware that Israel traded information to the Soviets, Apartheid South Africa, and other countries.

Out of the 8 tons of targeted documents Pollard stole, much of it had nothing to do with Israel or Israel's enemies.

That isn't even taking into account the covert nature of the leaks which make them much more damaging.

But of course you're Jewish, so Pollard can do no wrong. Disgusting.

But you're Australian. Why do you care so much about a spy for Israel getting released from US prison? Did you care as much when other spies got released from the US? Or from other countries for that matter?

I'm a dual US + Aus citizen who travels the world full time (mod of /r/digitalnomads) so I'm pretty much interested in every country. Let me guess, you think I'm interested because I'm anti-semetic? Of course.

If all you wanted to make the case that the public is treated like the enemy, you could have chosen a different spy - one that actually gave secret information to enemies of the US and got a lighter sentence than both Manning and Pollard. Like Cuban spies who only got around 15-19 years each.

Did they steal 8 tons worth of documents? Also every country is our enemy - they were infiltrating the US government to steal documents, weren't they? You have such a childish view of world politics.

Basically, you replied to a comment about how long Pollard got with a post saying "see, Manning got a longer sentence (

Did I really reply that, or are you just saying that? The fact you'll blatantly lie about something people can see for themselves (I did not say that, clearly) shows the type of person you are.
