Poloniex class-action lawsuit - "processing" Siacoin withdrawal

Certainly interested, I'd recommend going to US regulators first. I'd also recommend trying to get as much info on the founder/chief operator as possible - if you know their address, et cetera, they suddenly become more willing to give you your money back. Really, US regulator should be doing things if people are effectively stealing US citizens money. So three approaches I can see: 1. lawsuit (is there enough missing money to justify, would probably require $millions minimum to be claimed, but maybe in US punitive kinds of damages can be claimed) 2. pressure US regulators - even police, obtaining a financial advantage by deception is a crime most places in the world (one way to do this would through your local state or federal government representative) 3. get information on the founder/chief operator, Tristan D'Agosta is mentioned as founder, but it might take some effort, and skill, to confirm that name or whether it's pseudonymous, and the most useful information one could get would be his physical place of residence and business. These are my views.
