[Poly] Should I take private A Levels or private uni part-time ?

For me, I qualified for JC, but didn't go JC, went poly, had a shitty gpa of 2.43. Before I entered poly, was thinking of taking french and computing as private a level subjects, or going to UK to study A levels. I know if I was determined enough i could register myself for private a levels and take for fun, and my parents wouldn't be able to stop me.(I changed my name against my parents advice, applied for UCAS UK unis, so i am a pretty determined person) My mum said baking/writing/singing cannot have any future or career, so i hustled and tried to prove them wrong. Took singing lessons and got into first round of mini singing competition. Found writing gig, baking job etc. At one point, I even wanted very unorthodox subject combinations, not BCME/BCML or Hist/lit/geog thing. My brother qualified for JC, but he is retaking many times and result still not satisfactory. (This is his third try) Anyway, after i completed my poly journey I gave up any desires of taking a level. Just went to SIM and completed a private uni degree. Seriously, if you want to take a levels, then good luck to you. For me, I see the H2 maths syllabus, my mind totally shut off already. Like for GP and humanities subject, I see the syllabus i also sian already. Don't even bother reading to see if i can understand.
