I honestly don't understand people like you. If no woman likes you and you want a relationship here is what to do:

1) Seek help to lose the weight/tone your body.

2) Seek CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) that is a limited number of a sessions with a specific goal: in your case to build social skills.

3) Stop wasting money on sex workers. You aren't genuine and try to talk them into dating you. They feel harassed and you feel scammed. Seeing sex workers is not for everyone.

40 isn't old. My uncle married again at 47 and his wife is 31. Why? He makes good money, has been playing soccer all his life and looks good, has great social skills. Sure, there are some people who are ageists, but plenty aren't and that's not your main problem.
