I agree. I think women are expected to be "hotter" in general. I also think women who are doing those things are more likely to feel confident enough to go to a club... obviously this isn't always true but for many women, not feeling like they look good will keep them from wanting to put themselves out there.

I also think in the LS there's an expectation that if the women are hot, everything is a go. It seems like, at least in my experience, many men feel that their wives being hot will seal the deal and they don't need to try as hard. Its a little disappointing because I spent a lot of time getting ready and I appreciate a man who really tries to make an effort to look as nice as possible (and also has a bit of a personality, but thats a different conversation. I can talk to ANYONE, and my husband is even more outgoing. If I can't wrench 3 words out of you, I have to assume you're not that interested)

I'm never in the club searching for the hottest guy in the room because I've had a ton of fun with people all across the attractiveness spectrum. I'm definitely looking for people who made some effort to attract me to them.
