I honestly don't like it. Or at least, it seems like devs haven't quite got the hang of implementing the new color space gracefully, because to me a lot of the PS4 games especially remind me of the early camera phone era of shitty HDR where every OEM turned the effect up to 11 to try to out HDR the next guy.

Right now a lot of these games have the same uncanny valley thing going on where the color palette and contrast are hyper-realistic, I guess so there is no question whether you have HDR turned on or not. I really hope they dial it back a bit, because right now it's kind of like a theater system which is all subwoofer. Which I know, some people like, but I hope devs eventually decide to do it the right way, where the subwoofer provides fill without being in your face about it.
