Poor diet: Children 20cm shorter as a result, analysis says

Also doesn't help that we work students to death. You go to (underfunded) school +/- 8 hours a day (depending on where you live) being fed nonstop information about many different subjects in full classes with no personal attention. Then when you're done you het 1-4 hours of homework every day (depends how fast you are) + you get to spend half the weekend learning for exams/tests. School children get so little sleep and as we all (should) know, sleep is by far the most important factor in your entire life combined with nutrition. It's a recipe for disaster, long days, bad food, stress and no mental rest. Add to that some social pressure and you're done.
