Pamela even spells it out, telling Louie — as he’s grabbing at her — that he “can’t even rape well!” Eventually Louie manages to kiss Pamela before she’s finally able to leave."

Interesting note, I actually thought OP was referring to a scene earlier in the season. Where he starts to get involved with a Hungarian woman who can't speak English and is going to leave the country in a month. They have chemistry despite the language barrier, but she avoids sleeping with him because she doesn't want to "ruin something good" (said in Hungarian). On their final day together Louie makes a move to sleep with her, but she is reluctant the entire time- constantly saying no and pushing him away. They sleep together after a lot of physical caressing and pushiness on Louis' part.
