Pope slams 'insatiable greed' at Christmas Eve Mass: Pope Francis has reminded Christians that their messiah was born in poverty and said they should focus on love and charity instead of "consumerism." 10,000 people attended the event in St. Peter's Basilica.

I won’t have compassion for this man. And you know why?

Because the entirety of the Roman Catholic Church (and many other churches for that matter) serve no purpose on this world, at least, not the purposes that they claim. They are a hypocritical organization that hoards wealth and shelters pedophiles.

And you say they maybe able to solve the problem for years or so, as if that’s insignificant. Tell that to the thousands of devout Christians that starve on this planet. Tell them that helping them for a period of years isn’t worth it, that hoarding valuables for no other reason than greed is the better choice. Tell the child with an empty stomach that that shining gold chalice that could feed him for years is better put to use crumbling away in some dusty vault in the Vatican.

His message is a good one, but he and his organization are some of the biggest hypocrites on this planet, and there’s no getting around that fact.
