Poppycock's Truth Post (Dedicated to Ninjapigz/Wizardish)

IMHO:

they reacted like they did because we've seen what happens when tempest or any associated person of approximate influence accuses someone of hacking, it's as if their word is undeniable law even in the case of little to no solid evidence provided. this isn't a first time thing, this is a broken semi dead game, and i'm indifferent to drama no matter what side I'm on, but these guys want to make allegations "under the radar"

The fact that Tempest said in their TS "we should start the witch hunt like we did Wizardish"

and then make spontaneous unanimous decisions on who can and can't play the game? based on what? videos of said speedhacking that most ppl thought were at most suspect? the fact that they're a tool? gee, I wonder why they're acting so defensive about it. People just want to shed light on what is happening or what could potentially happen and how it could happen.

I don't have any problems with any of the guys from Tempest or Zombo or any other ppl associated with this whole situation. I respect them and their opinion just as much as any other person's. They're great players, I understand they have a lot of experience and knowledge, I have a great time playing the game with them, and they are entitled to their own opinion, but there is no sure-fire method to deduct whether or not someone is hacking or not in this game because there are way too many variables to account for; everything being client side, desyncing, server enviroments, etc etc.. js. That aside, do you honestly think that we care about super competitive esports chivarly scene enough to hack? Most of us barely enjoy the game anymore, we play it because we enjoy playing the game for fun with each other and happen to be good as a team lol. Trust me when I say we know the limits of this broken game, chivalry. just happens to maintain its fun somehow after all this time
