Here is a threatening email Jacob has been sending to people after they file DMCA claims, which is full of lies:

From: XXXXXX Sent: Thursday, September 24, 2015 12:52 PM To: XXXXXXXXXXXX Subject: FYI

Hey Andrew, I e-mailed you but you may not have seen it. Since the e-mail I've been tipped off about a possible message sent to a lot of NoSleep authors that may have cause you to do what you did. I'm messaging with slight urgency because from what I read, I'm really worried about things on your end! What they told you to do was actually legally wrong on your end and I'd hate to see you get any trouble over this. I'm a little suspicious of the whole thing as it's very specific about me, rather than a whole issue, and seems like they're trying to use you and others against me so they themselves don't get in legal trouble with these takedowns. The main piece of evidence is that they told you under any means to NEVER message me directly; which is already a fault. Before a DMCA takedown notice is to be upheld, you have to have given me prior notice to resolve this outside this action. I feel they may have known that, but chose to make yo do what you do to cause as much damage as possible. And there are more things they told you which is very mis-informed So they basically have a win win. If you succeed, they damage my side like they want. And if I counter, you get in legal trouble, not them. So it's no skin off their back. Because of how incorrectly, I've been advised to counter the notices, which I have, and they'll be clear in a matter of days. But I'm really worried on your part what happens if they clear in that way! I never wanted this, and I don't want to cause you any more grief over this, so if you want, please retract the takedowns; which you still have power of, and I'll be more than glad to talk to you about things here, or on e-mail! I'm very sorry if I've upset you in anyway, and would love to have the chance to rectify things without a possible malicious outside influence. Thanks ~CreepsMcPasta
