Population changes in former Soviet States

This article claims it's 66,000 Georgians who are leaving every year.

Housing in Georgia is probably the best in the ex-USSR (in terms of absolute prices I mean ~ relative it's a debate) but eating out is expensive and it still costs $3 - $5 for a kilogram of chicken at a supermarket depending on where you buy it.

There's areas of USA, through stores like Costco and Sams Clubs, who are paying the same amount for chicken except they make 20x-40x more money than Georgians.

And while I mentioned housing is 'cheap' - actual literal free-standing / deattached houses are not. Anytime I look at Place DotGE or another real estate website people are listing freestanding homes for $250,000+ when for the exact same money you could probably buy a place in Montana or Texas that looks identical and yet wages are waaaaaayyy higher.
