Well, if there was obvious child porn ... it is likely to be removed the moment PH finds out about it -- they're certainly not going to leave it up for a while just to milk the advertising revenue or something.

And regarding providing evidence of these claims ... who would want to link to that shit anyways? And you certainly wouldn't want to save it, because now you've got child porn. In fact, if you're smart, you're not even going to look at it yourself, and if you do accidentally happen upon it, you'll be clearing your cache and such making sure it's not left on your computer because even accidentally having it on your computer is a crime.

So ... this is one thing that can't really be proven either way, unless you're law enforcement or Pornhub itself.
