god I'm so sorry. the forecast said 100% chance of snow last night, 3-8 inches! i go to allied on belmont and yesterday everyone brought their boxes and we were all flabbergasted that they weren't giving take homes for today.

of course this morning as i prepared to hike to the clinic (I'm lucky to live a 6 minute walk away in normal conditions) the director called and told me the clinic was closed today and we were getting rerouted to downtown or east pdx. the buses aren't running, i grew up here and i literally can't recall a time that trimet has cancelled service! no ubers, no lyfts, cars stuck in the snow EVERYWHERE. it took me 2 hours to walk the 4 miles round trip to the clinic downtown. because of the clinic's shit planning. and i know I'm so lucky that i was able to make it at all. I'm so sorry. allied downtown is open til 11am today, maybe they can help with info at least?
