Positive Dufresne warranty experiences?

A long time ago my wife and I bought a bed there in May, it didn't actually get delivered until September. We bought the warranty as well as the mattress protector that they said we needed for the warranty so that anything would be covered. After a few months our dog got on the bed and made a huge puddle, soaked through the protector and stained the mattress. After calling them they refused to honor the warranty claiming we didn't have a mattress protector on. In the end we spent a fair bit of cash on the bed, warranty, and mattress protector only to get a massively delayed delivery and refusal to clean/replace the mattress. That was the last money we ever spent there and to this day I refuse to even look at their ads. Now when I buy furniture I get a delivery date in writing before I hand over cash.
