You know, I watch these games and I get a little discouraged...and then I see some offensive improvements. And that makes me feel a little better. We start to put together a drive here and there, Malik Davis is a goddamn beast and Toney gots them fast feet. Love that young talent that we get to develop. Franks doesn't have LDR's mind but he's still a very athletic young man who has some room for development and when he connects, dear god does he fuckin' connect! And the defense seems to be starting to get a little fire back and making some adjustments. And we've got the best fucking kicking team in the country (despite that little snafu, they're human, it happens).

But I still feel a little frustrated and down about it. And we definitely aren't looking at a top-ranked team which makes me sad. But my husband and I had a conversation about McElwain and the staff and the team and he reminded me that we have a shit load of players out - suspensions, injuries...and so yeah, yeah we may just have to fucking survive at points this year. But we're doing that. And I know we all want more from our team. But we beat Tennessee in the most heartbreaking way possible (hahahaha) and yeah, we lost to LSU, and that fucking sucks but it was one point, not 20. They're acting like they goddamn slaughtered us out there, like they ran us all over the field. One little improved hold and kick and we were in OT playing a much better game at that point and we win that thing.

Maybe I live in a world of sunshine and rainbows but I'm putting on my gator gear, putting my pupper in her gator jersey, and we won't back down.
