They're cheap enough now that it's barely an increase over shared hosting but with dedicated resources. In addition you can scale it with the click of a button should you need to when your site's needs increase. If you don't know enough about how to manage one there are tons of semi-managed vps providers like cloudways as well as fully managed provisers or you can use a simple control panel service for it like runcloud, serverpilot, mods, gridpane, etc.
