Possible Garmin convert? Scouting options from Fitbit...

People keep commenting that sleep tracking isn't great, which is true, but in my opinion the Body Battery feature is far superior anyway. Last week I was sick and slept for 10 hours. In theory, great sleep. In practice, felt like run over dog crap. Body battery showed 5. Which was DEFINITELY true. Other threads on this, take it as you will.

Garmin Index scale isn't great, I have one because I wanted to integrate with Garmin Connect. The body fat measurements are way off. I cut to ~10% BF early this summer, confirmed by Bod Pod and other estimates including how I looked, yet it stated about 18% no matter what I tried. Just couldn't get beyond the higher weight to height ratio I guess.

First thing you need to do is decide if you want touch screen or not. The big reason not to have it is if you sweat or swim a lot. Which is why Forerunners, Fenix are not. Then if you want advanced running metrics.

I don't see running as an emphasis here. Strength like me?...the strength tracking is okay. I have used it for 2 years and automatically edit, input reps/weight right after. Built up the habit. I love to see the volume changes over months though while I track more progressive overload in my manual log. Both because I'm a data geek.
