I'm seeing a lot of people on the older guy's side, but it's rather fucked up of him to tell the protesters that he hopes their parents get cancer. Could the protesters pick a better spot instead of a road leading to a hospital? Yes, but don't be a dick and tell them to their faces that you hope their loved ones get cancer.

Also, it doesn't seem like he was driving at all considering the text of the video. It sure seemed like he had time to spare to rant at them and even has a bag slung over his shoulder. Someone who was just actively driving wouldn't get out of their car without their keys, wearing a bag, and yell at people. He would otherwise also be obstructing traffic himself and be doing the exact same thing he's criticizing the protesters over.
