Possible unpopular opinion: Criston Cole is no incel and his hatred of Rhaenyra is not unwarranted.

Regarding 4. She also puts her next lover in danger too. And he dies. If she chose noblemen to bonk at least there would be a more even balance of power.

I think the problem with this whole show is people simplify it and reduce it to being pro or anti Rhaenyra's attitude to sexuality - ie it becomes "are you sex-positive or are you evil" - when there are class and power matters at play too.

People say Alicent is jealous and repressed, but for a woman of the time her attitudes are pretty normal. Rhaenyra is essentially making people uncomfortable by forcing them to lie for her. The Queen Who Never Was is also uneasy with Rhaenyra.

For a woman of the time she is very lucky to have Viserys backing her as heir but it's like she's shooting herself in the foot - she doesn't seem to appreciate the fantastic opportunity she has to be a strong female ruler. She doesn't seem to really value it.

I don't even know what incel means anymore. I don't think Criston's an incel but I do wish he'd left for his own sake. It is a shame to see him so angry and bitter.
