Possibly Interested in Vaping As a Nootropic for studying for Math/CS Courses. Thinking of getting the eleaf istick with nautilius mini? Best DIY nic. mixes? Budget is around $50-$100 total. Also, what is "lung popcorning" and how do I avoid that?

I know you're not asking for this, but my advice is not to fuck with anything that could be classified as speed. Tim Ferris is a very famous saying, there's no biological free lunch, long-term effects of those drugs could be seriously harmful and extremely addictive.

Yeah, I don’t use nootropics too much, only recently. There’s no free cake in life, and there’s a pro/con to almost everything (besides ensuring proper intake of macro and micronutrients). I have a rule of thumb that for every day some stimulant works, it takes at least a day to recover from it, and the more intense the stimulant is, the greater the effect so for instance caffeine is moderate, so slight recovery, but adderall is much more intense, so more recovery. Overall, “drug holidays” are an important thing to help go back to homeostatis.

I have some mental disorders in my family, schizophrenia, manic depression, auditory processing disorder, I've never had any kind of these problems but I do think that I have a very mild version that makes me feel veryoverwhelmed in stressful situations, and this can lead to poor decision-making or even anger.

I hear you – I had delayed speech, and as I’ve gotten older (27), my ability to think clearly/sharply has waned, handwriting gotten worse, and my thoughts becoming disjunct. Nothing too extreme, but enough to pose a problem with very technical stuff (i.e. computer science/math).

Partially from being overweight/low T (which is a result of too much fat on body –> T is then converted to estrogen by fat cells), and poor eating habits (high carb diet is worse for people with mental illness and studies seem to strongly suggest that low carb diets have a calming, “clear” affect on mind. It helps with epilepsy/Alzheimer’s/Parkison’s/autism stuff – although a lot right now is anecdotal, but is a start.

I also have a problem with being able to “listen” in class – as a result I’ve been forced to become an autodidact – I simply can’t (even when I tried adderall and this was only a few occasions) sit through a 3 hour lecture and process what the instructor is fully saying.

Honestly, I think a lot of these problems overlap with each other – and I think a meta-analysis will show how all these types of mental disorders have overlap whether it’s in the type of neurotransmitters/receptors involved, or regions affected.

I'm a dad and I have two daughters and a wife, and it's a very moody household, and after getting very angry a couple times I knew that I needed to do something to change my behavior. Very small dose of nicotine seems to really help me manage the situations better, but also when I'm working in my studio making music I really can focus for very long periods of time like 4 to 6 hours, and is in the evening when I'm typically maybe too tired to do music. And so yes I agree with many of these comments and suspicions of nicotine on it's own outside of the world tobacco could eventually be seen as a fairly beneficial drug. But I've done a ton of research and I also think that vaping is not 100% for sure healthy, and so do your research and think about this and think about what kind of liquid you put into that vaporizer.

It’s historically been used as a mood stabilizer and general panacea much like cocoa leaf. It used to be/is used as a curative but it was chewed on so the dosages were far lower, nor were they smoked.

My recommendation would be to skip the Reddit promotions since a lot of people get free stuff in the mail and mostly out of the goodness of their hearts they want to put that stuff up, you should head over to Juice DB, and start digging through their reviews, I think that's the best source right now. Remember you're not going to be using a ton of these juices probably a few puffs here and there. Again I'm in nontobacco user so my concern is it the ingredients are natural origin as most as possible, and that there from a company that I trust to self test and self-regulation, Adirondack, velvet cloud, glacial, the seem like companies that really do give a shit.remember this industry isn't regulated yet it's a pretty tall could pretty much put anything they want and that stuff and you're just trusting them. When profit is involved people will lie we know that, good intentions don't go very far when it comes to your lifespan.

Sounds good on the Juice DB, I’ll check it out, and yes, nothing is entirely 100% healthy, and there’s always going to be a reaction for any given action .
