Post match discussion/ ventilation: Crystal Palace 2-1 City

Pellegrini just proves over and over again that he's lost. I don't know where all that stubbornness comes from, he persists with same formation, same style of play. Substitutions are just weird, as well as some of the choices in first 11. He's not willing to change anything, why the hell give Milner/Lampard 5 minutes to try and save us.

I also don't like his behaviour and attitude during matches. I get the idea of being calm and composed with the players, but clearly the team needed morale boost long time ago, seeing him just sitting in the chair I really question his ability to motivate our players when needed, refresh the lineup and the tactic. Also can someone tell what the hell happened Kompany -> Mangala sub?

Dreadful results agains much weaker opposition, those are the matches where titles are being won, you need to take the points you are expected to take from smaller teams. Clearly we need a massive change, but I am not talking about sacking Pellegrini. I don't understand him, but I can't judge from outside of the locker room. Big summer ahead, we need young players who will have passion and determination to prove themselves. I feel that a lot of players are not up for a challenge and don't have enough drive, especially against mid or bottom table teams.

I was still being optimistic before today's game, but I was wrong. Title hopes are gone, but season is far from over. Pride is at stake, both for Pellegrini and all the lads. We need to secure top 4 finish, otherwise it will make it difficult for our summer transfer campaign, not even mentioning that all of us want to see CL football next season. Sorry if I made any mistakes, English is my second language.

Come on City!
