Uh, no. The other charges were dropped because they were petty. Same thing happened in Claudia, it had nothing to do with the Emery's plea.

The Emery's had it coming. No one talkes about how Marc was in the media weeks before the Claudia raids talking about dispensaey numbers and how he was 'open season' with legalization on the horrizion. Many speculate these comments fueld Claudia and helped eliminate 60+ compeating dispensaries while also acting as a name drop for his brand. And by gong id only CC made it easier to scoop up patients and, in my opinion, made the whole dispensary scene much more unsafe.
