Potential English Voice Actors

cracks knuckles My time has come

Patrick Seitz, Ian Sinclair, or Chris Sabat as All Might * Seitz may have a slimmer chance of happening since primarily he's a Cali VA. BUT he did do Hetalia, AoT, and BlazBlue for Funi so he's still up there. * Ian Sinclair is purely because he has a deep enough range for the role and enough of the ham too. Though he might not do so well as No Might. * You explained why Sabat could do it hands down.

Aaron Dismuke, Josh Grelle, or Joel McDonald as Izumi

  • I don't really want Deku to have a female VA honestly. Just bugs me a bit when someone in High School still sounds like a 10 year old.
  • If Aaron uses the voice he used for Leo from BBB but just pitches it up a bit, I think he can nail the role. And he can do a lot of screaming.
  • Same thing with Grelle, he needs to use the voice range he used for Armin. The nice balance between dorky and frightened.
  • I chose McDonald based on his role as Brief from Panty and Stocking. Have off the same nerdy vibe as Armin, but not as whiny or frightened

Bryn Apprill as Ochako * Bryn is becoming one of my favorite VAs- her as Ritsu from AssClass is perfection. She has a soothing yet fun tone to her voice that I think is perfect for Ochako. Plus she can also do some battle cries if called for.

Todd Haberkorn as either Todoroki, Mineta, or Kacchan * Todd as Todoroki is personally biased because the first time I saw him Todoroki gave off a Death the Kid from Soul Eater vibe, and I love Kid. So for most of the manga I read Todoroki in his voice. * Todd for Mineta is also personally biased since it wouldn't be the first time I heard him play a major pervert who's also a midget for his age. Check out his role as TeruTeru from Super Dangan Ronpa 2, and try to picture Mineta with the way he talks. * My brother hit me with the idea for him as Kacchan. Todd can play pretty angry characters and he has done a lot of yelling in a few of his roles (e.g Natsu.) Since Funi will use Todd whenever they have a chance, it wouldn't surprise me if they gave them this role.

Monica Rial as Tsuyu * Picture most of Rial's more pitched voice work (Kayano from AssClass.) Then picture that with a kind of a slur. Rial is a talented Vet who can do that slur well enough for Tsuyu.

J. Michael Tatum as Iida * Tatum is the only man who can play Iida perfectly. If it's not Tatum then I'm eating my foot.

Clifford Chapin or Micah Solusod as Todoroki * Chapin's voice work as Karma and Kaneki really showcases his talent. I don't know if he can pull of an emotional Todoroki, but he can do the aloof version we see pre-Spots Fest. * Micah has a decent range and may be able to pull off the emotions needed for Todo. I can see him using the voice he used for Asano from AssClass.
