Potentially getting into Vaping

If you are getting it to be "cool" and just for blowing clouds, I would not recommend it. But if you want to start to help with stress, reducing an eating habit, or to help curb another vice, I would say just start low, start cheap, see how you like it and how much it helps. I myself was never a smoker, and people look at me like I am nuts for starting vaping without being a smoker first, but I started to help curb my appetite and reduce stress, which I can say it did help, to a degree at least. I used to eat about 20-30 reese's big cups plus other candies a week because I was stress eating and craved the sugar, but since I started vaping I have barely touched sweets in 2 years because I get that flavor craving curbed from vaping and I don't stress eat at all anymore. I can also say from personal experience that I don't think nicotine is as addictive or harmful in vape form, I tried a cigarette once just to see why people loved it so much because I worked at a convenience store and they sold like crazy, after that single cigarette, which I absolutely hated, I wanted to go back for more, I had a nagging feeling to smoke another, which I refused because it was disgusting and I knew how harmful they were. I have never had such a strong craving for vaping as I did after that one cigarette, even after several years of using my vapes. But, I will say I use them habitually every day, but if I go without for a while I don't have cravings like I need to run out and grab my vape right away. (None of this is saying I have proof that vaping is less addictive or anything, this is just anecdotal evidence that I noticed from my personal experience)
