You obviously don't know what you're talking about, but sure I'll break it down for you.

bulldong can play more than 2 heroes or alliance isnt all about rat

Both of these statements are true. Neither in Starladder nor in WCA did they actually play rat. People just see them take towers and yell "LMAO LE RATS XDDD", when all teams obviously push. Bulldog mostly plays one of two heroes because those are his strongest heroes (so why shouldn't he play them?) but he's showed that his Brood is really scary as well, and he also plays heroes like Weaver and Clockwerk.

1 patch made them go to tier 3 team

Yup. No clue what you're talking about. They were one of the top teams from TI3 to TI4 (they even won DH Summer), but they had a really poor performance at TI4. Even then, how could you consider them below tier 2 even at TI4? They were pretty good, but obviously not as good as before.

1 patch made them top tier team again

Well, they were a solid tier 2 team who showed that they could take games of tier 1 teams, and from that they went to being a tier 1 team. However, they also got EGM back. Of course a part of it is the patch, I don't think anyone denies that. However, keep in mind that LD hasn't just been "not OP" before this patch; he's been utter trash. Of course you'd do worse when your best hero is not available at all.

the moment they arent broken or more than average

Yes, LD is clearly very good at the moment, but you really can't say the same about Furion. And if you consider how much success Alliance has had with LD before, I really think they can use him when he's just "good" as opposed to top tier.

Would also like to point out that it's not just LD that went from trash to being good. Alliance uses Puck, Bat, Wisp, and Chen better than most teams and they have a really versatile carry. A bunch of their good heroes went from being trash to not being broken, but good. I don't think that ALL their heroes will be nerfed to trash again just because they have some solid performances now. They will be fine.
