[practice] How is your practice? (Week of February 26 2018)

I'll try to explain it, but it's mainly just asking whether my day to day experience feels any different. I also pay attention to how different experiences feel. For instance when I started doing the body scan I noticed that social situations were more interesting and I felt more open to trying new activities. While that's a nice positive, it's not really my priority right now (although hopefully it sticks around). I'm looking for improvement in the boring parts of the day, as well as reducing the pressure to maximize my free time. And I guess overall contentment during all experiences instead of looking forward to one/dreading another etc.

So basically I'm just evaluating whether I'm getting what I'm looking for. I have a list of techniques I'm gonna try and if none of them work out I'll probably just stick with one of the more reliable ones (concentration or noting) and look into getting a teacher.
