Practice makes perfect

In my line of work, our female teams are dominating. Most of them were collegiate athletes and are very competitive. They get disrespected left and right but are winning the argument with actions. They weren’t respected when they arrived, but they are earning it and changing perceptions daily thru work ethic and results. I know there is much to overcome, but they achieved a quick accent in a very successful (and conservative) company without practicing lines like these. In fact, I’ve never heard them complain or correct anyone. They just showed up, worked hard, and now they run this place.

Much easier to justify paying the women more than men when they are objectively outperforming everybody.
