Is flow cytometry enough to go by? I got my results:

Comment: The sample has 88% viability. Approximately 95% of the events fall in the lymphocyte gate. The B-cells are approximately 30% with normal kappa:lambda of 1.3:1 and no abnormal coexpression of CD5 or CD10 identified The T-cells are approximately 65% with normal CD4:CD8 of 2.3:1; no abnormal T-cell population is detected. Of note, the absence of a monoclonal or aberrant population by flow cytometry does not completely exclude the presence of a neoplasm since only a small portion of the tissue sample is evaluated and not all neoplasms are readily detected by this testing methodology. Correlate these findings with the histopathology and the clinical and laboratory information available for this patient.

It sounds like I am in the “clear”, but I don’t want to get my hopes up. What are the odds of cytometry coming back clear but the pathology results not?
