I’m a hobbiest/semi-pro that’s done some 48 films, and some shorts. Haven’t made any money, but won some festival awards here and there. We want to do a horror short later this year and I wanted to share all (most) of the steps in our pre-production and production. This is the first video in a planned series as we go along.

I’m doing this because while there are a lot of tutorials out there, there isn’t a lot of pure work flow/watch people work videos. I get it, it’s a pretty boring to watch for most people… but for anyone that wants to see me literally working on this thing (and occasionally spouting off “wisdom”), here you go.

Again, not a pro, I’m not saying this is the “real” way to do things. This is just the way *I* do things, based on stuff I’ve researched and read.
