Pre-Settlement - Still not in the UK

To get pre-settled status, you only need to show you’ve lived in the UK for 1 day out of the last 6 months.

Theoretically you shouldn't be able to do that because haven't actually been there. They might still grant you pre-settled status if they don't bother to investigate.

If apply in November after you have entered the UK there will be no reason to reject you. You have time until 30 June 2021.

You can make unlimited applications so if you are really nervous you can apply now and if they reject you apply again later. However, I think it will be safer to just wait until November.
