Pregnancy After Loss Discussion Thread — August 20, 2020

I totally get the fear of exercise with things like this. I had a similar situation with one of my losses (bleeding started after exercise).

I'll just say two things-one, are you a yoga person at all? Or Tai Chi? If you want some physical activity you could stick with super low impact stuff like that until 13/14 weeks then progress to walking.

Two-Good betas already are a great sign! It's definitely a tough balance between being excited things seem to be going well and bracing yourself for if things end up going the other way. Be gentle with yourself no matter what your emotions are at the moment-they're all valid!

I hope the rest of your pregnancy is super boring. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. :)
