I’m going through something similar. I’m pregnant and high risk due to 4 miscarriages, 1 being at 15 weeks and some pregnancy complications. I’ve missed work for appts and was put on bed rest a few days. I had doctors notes for everything and they basically told me it doesn’t matter. They removed me today from full time to part time which means I’m not allowed to work over 25 hours/week, my pay will be cut by 60% minimum, my PTO is being taken away, and I now will not get any pay at all for maternity leave & I was told that if my pregnancy affects part time hours then their next step will be termination. Needless to say I’m seeking legal aid.
