A pregnant 11-year-old rape victim in Ohio would no longer be allowed to have an abortion under new state law

Killing to defend your life and prevent severe bodily harm is not murder.

Exactly. That's why abortion should be 100% legal. You are more likely to die in childbirth than you are during a home invasion, but you're legally allowed to shoot someone forcefully entering your home (at least where I live).

Having your genitals or abdomen ripped open is severe bodily harm. 1 in 100 mothers will have a story for you about how they almost died. How they coded. How they hemorrhaged. How they had kidney/liver failure. How they had a heart attack. Statistically, 1 in 100 women almost die giving birth. 1 in 3,500 do die. If a man who has a 1 in 100,000 chance (actual statistic) of dying in a home invasion can kill someone, so can a woman who has a 1 in 3,500 chance.
