Preguntas más especificas sobre la Patagonia

To answer as much as I honestly can:

1) You can go in car to a certain point (about 5-7km past the entrance to the park) and from there will have to walk the W trail. Depending on how your pace is, could take anywhere from 5-8 days. There is also a "half W" trail that takes around 3 days if I remember correctly (never done that one). If you only have 10 days, maybe consider the half W.

2) Depends on what you want to do. I imagine you will be flying in to Punta Arenas airport. From town you can get buses that go to Puerto Natales (closest city to Torres) and from there take other transports to go to the park. December is high season, so there will be no shortage of people willingly to make money off of tourists. Given that you will be spending majority of the time hiking, it is probably cheaper to just do that instead of renting a car.

3) 5-8 days depending on pace. There is only 1 set of hotels (or at least 6 years ago when I lived down there) around the same area that is as far as cars can go. They cost serious cash, I think I remember it being around $300 USD x night. On the W trail you have to use your own tent, so come prepared with gear. You may also be able to rent gear, but in my personal experience I can recommend against that.

4) Sorry, can't help much with the glaciers and Chaltén. There are tours, however, of Torres that last a full day (5am to 6pm or something) from Natales, and you see the entire south side of the park (none of the W trail or the famous "towers"). It is beautiful, don't get me wrong. A good alternative if you are really worried about time.

5) Sorry, never been to Fitz Roy.

6) The crossing from Punta Arenas, Chile towards Rio Gallegos, Argentina by bus takes around 4-6 hours (depending on how busy the customs office is) if my memory serves. Only crossing in the south I've been through.
