Except that Dario most likely wouldn't have sent Dio to the Joestar's since Dio poisoned Dario and the only reason Dario even sent him there is cause he was dying and couldn't """""take care""""" of him

But let's say Dario just blew up his liver from all the drinking and sent Dio to live with the Joestars. He wouldn't have a problem with Johnathan, he wouldn't have killed Danny, he wouldn't try to one up his new brother and wouldn't be a massive cunt to him who tries to fuck Johnathan up in every possible way from every possible angle. They don't have a rivalry, Dio becomes a lawyer, Johnathan becomes an archeologist (Since they were headed to those directions), the end.
