It is NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT if they are WITHING the provided SPECIFICATIONS. If noone bothers to read these specs, that's a MISCOMMUNICATION at best. After the issue became known and was confirmed, they quickly switched production. Kailh has made more switches for the community within the last year or two than any other manufacturer, I wouldn't exactly say they are a company that does nothing. That they fucked up again is unfortunate, but I'm sure they will work it out.

Also, some people prefer to fix instead of throwing away for one reason or another. I'd say that's actually a pretty good mentality to have, we throw enough shit away and we too damn much plastic in the ocean anyway
