Exactly, including the VA... and roads, traffic control, prisons... etc.

Somethings don’t lend themselves to free market economics but are integral to the functioning and underpinning of a free market economy. Negative externalities, risk, social interest mean that some parts of government are not going to inherently profitable or self sustaining

The recipients of those services will be unable to bear those costs but society as a whole benefits long term and it allows the rest of our society to function better.

The republicans don’t care about that... they want things privatized so their buddies can skim money of the top and cannabalizw/sell of government assets they got on the cheap.

They are littersly trying to create a cleptocracy oligarchy society like in Russia...
