Who is the clueless housewife now....? Running out of straws to grasp?
Unfortunately it seems like you still are. I'm on your side too, but this...
Bullshit... you will point to a notebookcheck review that is using Windows on BootCamp on the Mac to run the Disk speed test. When clearly it has been well established for years that the Windows Boot Camp drivers are not optimized for the Apple SSDs.
This is just straight up false. "Drivers are not optimized for the Apple SSDs"... You can't be actually serious? There is nothing unique or special about any of the storage devices used in a Mac. Disk performance on a Mac will be the same under literally any operating system, likewise it would on a PC. Apple doesn't use special SSDs, they're the same as any other SATA or M.2/NVMe SSD, except their M.2 SSDs use different keying. In fact, the SSD in this latest Macbook Pro is almost certainly a custom Samsung SM961 or PM961.
Anyone who thinks they have established that Bootcamp drivers have lowered the performance of their SSD are blowing smoke.
