Probability of conditional events

As per my comment on the thread about GradTrek.com a few days ago, here is a list of missing programs that I've noticed so far:

Online statistics programs:

1 - Pennsylvania State University - Master of Applied Statistics

2 - Iowa State University - MS Statistics

3 - Texas A&M University - MS Statistics

4 - Colorado State University - Master of Applied Statistics

5 - University of Idaho - MS Statistical Science

On campus statistics programs:

1 – Stevens Institute of Technology – MS Stochastic Systems and Optimization

2 – Central Connecticut State University – MA in Mathematics with a specialization in Statistics

3 - Rutger’s University – MS Statistics

4 - New Jersey Institute of Technology – MS Applied Statistics

5 - University of Connecticut – MS Statistics

Online data science program:

1 - Northwestern University - MS Predictive Analytics

On campus data science programs:

1 - Columbia University - MS Data Science

2 - Stevens Institute of Technology - MS Business Intelligence and Analytics

3 – Central Connecticut State University – MS Data Mining

4 – New York University – MS Business Analytics

Other miscellaneous programs:

1 - Baruch College – MS Quantitative Methods and Modeling

2 - Columbia University – MA Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences

3 - NYU – MA Applied Quantitative Research

Other comments:

1 - I’m surprised that you differentiated between statistics, applied statistics, and mathematical statistics. For the most part, it’s semantics.

2 – I wanted to point out that NYU’s MS in Applied Statistics (which you list) is specifically NYU’s MS in Applied Statistics for Social Science Research.

3 - You’re missing the field of actuarial science/mathematics.

4 - I focused on schools around where I live, but as you’re missing so many programs just near me in a specific discipline, I’d guess that you are missing a lot of other programs as well, so I recommend tweaking the algorithm you use to gather data. Even so, I really like the site, and I’m sure it’s only going to get better. Best of luck!
