My Drow are night focused good Elves. No Llolth. No sadistic dominatrix murder culture. No Underdark. Just peaceful elves with dark skin and white hair who have hoarded lore for millennia.

Mine live on the dark side of the moon, in structures somewhat like hobbit-holes. No systemic demon-worship. Still matriarchal, but not tyrannically so. They lean neutral in most conflicts but tend towards good alignments. They branched off from other elves long ago over religious differences - My "mainstream" Elves are agnostics - it's complicated.

I also changed Driders into evil Fey. The only mechanic I changed for them is creature type.
