Multiple factor? No, marketing is really easy... you just need a month or 3 to plan the year. The art part I admit... it is a problem. If you have the right staff for the right thing, you have no problem at handleling all the company business. Since monstercat is so successful, they could even contract specialist. (I bet they do for the mastering (stonebank)) The main problem for a company is success. When you have success, this is a dream for marketing business guy like me. You have ideas, you create new plans... im gona stop here.. I think I give my expert advice too muxh in here... im gona stop here, but I think with a bit more staff like me we could handle 5 release per week. We just need to work on it and I doubt monstercat is working on this RN. I am a student, take in consideration that I am still in trainning and that my knowledge on the subject might be limited.
