Problems with Chief's Mess.

When i did my E6 'leadership' indoc training, the only thing that was taught was an E7 telling us "everything your chief says is right. It's your job to ensure the junior sailors agree." fuck that, and fuck the "chief is always right" mentality. Chief doesn't need some yes-man to tickle his balls and stroke his shaft, he needs a god damn deckplate leader. He needs an e6 that's ready to put him out of a job. If chief is wrong, he needs to be told he's fucking wrong, and shown (respectfully) in a source document exactly where he's fucked up, just like anyone else in the navy.

It's not the chiefs mess we hate. It's the shitbirds that reside there. Many chiefs are incredible sailors and incredible people, but some simply don't deserve those anchors, and the mentality that having them on your collar means you are a God is simply poison.
