ProctorU vs Examity?

Don't be sorry. It makes me laugh every time I think about the conversation. I laugh a lot less when I think about the loans I've been denied due to my grandfather's poor credit. :D See, my father, grandfather, great-grandfather and I share the same name, and my uncle has the same first+last with a different middle (and no one thought enough to give us suffixes), so I always hear the Yakety Sax in my head when (1) introducing more than one of us, (2) going to the bank to try and open an account or file loan paperwork, (3) answering the door, and (4) opening mail.

ProctorU has always run smoothly, and the process for the three tests I got to take was exceptional. The one test that was postponed was because of an overzealous proctor, an issue that has since been rectified (that was my first test ever, after that, no problems with IDing me)

Examity has run fine for me, but I'm also not pressed to change it. I only have three exams via Examity (the rest are at a Pearson site) and I've already finished two. The only thing I dislike is that the proctors have thus far had the most difficult accent in the world to understand, and don't speak any slower until the third time they are asked to clarify. ProctorU didn't seem to have this problem.

In your case, try ProctorU. If it is somehow miserable compared to Examity, and you have the option to switch, then switch back. If it works out, just stick with it.
