Profile Review: Military, 3.9 GPA, 326 GRE

Your GRE is low for HSW although not crazy low. It translates to a 700 GMAT. Maybe your GPA is so high they can overlook it but it is a minor weak point.

I had a 165/166 with a very similar profile to yours although a lower GPA and I couldn't even get an interview at HBS I did get an interview at Wharton and got into another M7. YMMV but if you can retake and improve on that verbal I would give it a shot.

I wouldn't so much worry about the amount of time you spent in the Army but the quality of your work experience and your essays. Getting good LORs from your bosses is key and can be a lot of work. Don't worry about rank so much as how much time are they willing to put into writing a good LOR? Your bosses probably have written few if any so there needs to be some coaching.

Infantry officers applying to B school are a dime a dozen but with that high GPA I feel confident you could get into a M7 and maybe even HBS if you crush your application and interview.
