Programming Wednesdays

I dont know if this gets enough attention as its already saturday but w/e

Programming question: My stats: age: 23 height: 185 cm/ 6,07 feet weight: 83 kg/ 180 lbs (coming out of a -10kg/22 lbs cut) Squat: 150kg/330lbs Bench: 130kg/286,6 lbs Deadlift: 190kg/419lbs OHP: 82,5kg/181,9lbs i’ve been lifting for roughly 4 years now with about 6-9 month of a break from lower body movements because of my beloved knee. i've had a knee surgery because my patella slipped out of its place 10 years ago and now i am struggling with chondromalacia patellea but for the past year i was able to train without any breaks. I have been doing Wendler with BBB for about 12 month in 2015. 2016 was a year of experimenting with some programs. I’ve done the ptw variation of wendler, ran a juggernaut 2.0 cycle etc. This year i dropped about 10kg/22lbs whilst doing a slightly altered version of juggernaut 2.0 and was able to maintain pretty much all of my absolute strength. Im planning to start my offseason by the end of september and i'm not sure which program to run. I stumbled across nsuns, which i am currently experimenting with, and j&t 2.0. Do you guys have any recommendations for 4day/Week programs? What do you think about the above mentioned? Thanks in advance!
