"it's Biden's job to check an illegitimate, rogue, sadistic SCOTUS"

(I'm gonna ignore the editorializing there, but for the record, the current court is none of those things. They're not sadistic, they're not rogue, they're not illegitimate. It's fine to disagree with the court, but the people who are doxxing Supreme Court Justices, harassing their families, and sending credible death threats? Those people belong behind bars). Huh, I haven't read the constitution in a while but I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it is Biden's job to conduct foreign policy and sign bills. It is Congress's job to advise and consent to the appointment of Justices, and only block them if their are horribly unqualified. So again, the blame falls on McConnell for breaking every rule to keep Attorney General Garland off the court. Or maybe, if the Supreme Court was not such a major issue in the 2016 election, then moderate Republicans might not have been as swayed by Trump -- they could ignore his racism and crimes because he was gonna give them a court seat, but if Scalia's replacement was not the most important issue of 2016, maybe enough Republicans would have voted for Clinton that it wouldn't matter. Or maybe if the joint coalition of Jill Stein, Bernie Sanders, Julian Assange, and Vladimir Putin didn't work to sabotage Clinton's campaign, she would have won. Then it might be a 6-3 split on the court, with Alito and Roberts and Kennedy being the last three conservative judges.

But then, if that's the case, then this is the fault of hundreds of Republican legislators, and about 70,000 people in three states who didn't vote Clinton in 2016, possibly including the podcast hosts. And being angry at tens of thousands of people is too difficult, so let's just blame Biden to solve the cognitive dissonance, even though the executive branch is the weakest of the three.
